In 2009 I stumbled upon an article in The Wall Street Journal about the best time management techniques. One of them stood out for its absurdity and simplicity: The Pomodoro Technique. For someone who’s organizationally challenged (ahem, your’s truly) and often struggles with keeping focus on a single task (yup, me again!), The Pomodoro Technique is the single best tool I’ve used. (Okay, not including a Moleskine planner.)
How does it work? Why is it so effective? Why should you use it? (Especially if, like me, you have ADHD.)
